Before picture at 143. I am feeling better but the scale is not moving. It is time to rethink the calories. I cannot do a pull up yet.

keep up the good work. I just recently started weight training to get a little . using light weights and a lot of reps. I don't want to get too bulky just burning some of the fat off. stay well and good luck
