Diet Calendar Entry for 16 August 2020:
1089 kcal Fat: 33.09g | Prot: 82.66g | Carb: 120.05g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter, Quaker Oat So Simple Big Bowl, Nestle Kvarg Raspberry, Tesco Raspberries. Lunch:  Sliced Ham (Extra Lean) . Dinner: Tesco Chicken Breast Fillets (130g), Bramwells Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise, Morrisons Corn on The Cob,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots),  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other: Nutella Hazelnut Spread, Cadbury Freddo. more...

How do you loose weight Lasagna? I stick to the rules and nothing naughty and have hardly lost anything in the past month! 😕 Am I being too strict? 🤔

1300 at most, goal is 1800 x

Personally, I'd take it up to around 1500/1600. The extra calories could come from nuts, seeds, nut butters, more fruit and vegetables, protein yogurt xx

I was worried about eating too many calories even though they are recommended. I'll give it a try for a week and see if there's any change for good 😊 thanks Lasagne xxx
