well, i weighed myself today and was down three pounds. I have done good this week with getting to the gym, and finally started martial arts again. Normally i havent had the energy to go, so I would always cancel, but i made myself go today, and really enjoyed it. thinking now about starting to a new gym. Ive decided i really dont like the one i go to, and thats part of the problem of motivation to work out. Its small, and (no offense) its full of old people. the walls are drab colors and its just not motivating at all. am going to try a new gym next week for free, so will see how it fares.
