Friday is my cheating day. I ate extremly healthy today in order to allow myself to eat.....well.....Wendy's. BUT. I only had half of my frosty and I'll have the rest tomorrow. And I only used less than half of the packet for my caesar side salad. If you look at my diet calander than you'll see that i'm obviously addicteddd to caesar salad. Horrible thing to love to eat. And I also had the crispy chicken sandwich. I know, the LEAST I could have done was had the grilled chicken sandwich. But I was dying for some crispy chicken!! That's a teenager for you, lol. Oh well. One day & one meal wont kill me. Besides, I eat Wendy's at absolute MOST once a month, usually once every 2 months.
Anyways.....I think I lost a pound, maybe even two? But then again my scale is terribly old and doesn't work well at ALL. My mom said that she will buy me one for christmas. HA. Let's hope she was joking ;] But the scale I have is pretty accurate, so it's okay for now.....
It's not digital so its really hard to read. But I've been going on a few times a day----morning, afternoon & night. All of the reading have been the same for today.....The pointer thingy is landing on 135 exactly. My weigh in is technically tomorrow though, lol. but losing one pound (if i really did =/) is AMAZINGGG. im sooo happpyyyy =]
