Taught Jonathan how to play racquetball. We played 8 games in under 2 hours. The first 30 minutes were rough - high heart rate, lack of breath -- but once I pushed past it, it wasn't bad at all. My muscles are BURNING!!! Managed to get in about 80 oz of water today, and still thirsty.
Might go to the gym tomorrow for a light workout - bike/treadmill type stuff for about 45 minutes - just to keep the cardio going.
