Haven't weighed in for a while because my body has been going through changes that are new to me. Being pre-menapausal is strange and I am charting new territory here. I finally am feeling back to somewhat normal and I feel more like I am back on track losing weight. I have been in the 190s for too long now and it is time for me to move into the next lower weight range to achieve my 1st goal weight of 180. I know I can do it and am determined to do it. My mind is set and my body is willing.
