Wow, you are very disciplined, a trait I envy! Looks like you have cereal for breakfast and dinner. Not a bad idea at all.

FYI, the cereal is Total with honey-nut clusters. I find it's sweet enough to satisfy my tastes but nutritious enough to be a great meal substitute. The Also, the bowl of skim milk (I drink what left in the bowl after the cereal) gives you a pretty full feeling after 1-2 bowls and who couldn't use the calcium. Only problem is I go through 3 boxes of cereal and 1.5 gallons of milk a week. Good thing the supermarket is next to the gym :-)
