Well, I am fortunate that I still have a job and was not sent home because of the nations state of affairs. I said I was going to start today and I did! I brought my workout clothes and walked during my lunch and clocked in 2.4 miles in 45 minutes. I have managed to already drink over 60 ozs of fluid (coffee, green tea and pink grapefruit ice). Have to stay motivated!!! I need to eat more protien today...
