Hello FS friends. Been a minute. Have been on emotional roller coaster with the loss of loved ones (not corona related) and had disconnected for a bit. Got all the way back up to 183 and have settled down in the past few weeks. Trainer and me doing our thing in parking lot behind facility and am feeling whole again. Sometimes we lose our way but the road is never closed. Stay safe.🤘😎🇺🇲
