Wow--the power of feeling in control is strong--I've only been "back on track" for half a day and I already feel so much better emotionally. In fact, I felt better and so much more in control of my life just after my breakfast. Yay.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 November 2010:

i hear you sister! I have been flying out of control for like 2 months.. back sliddin all over the place.. I gained 10 lbs.. and in one week of really trying to refocus I feel so much better emotionally.. pants are still a bit tight.. but that is cool cause at least I am no longer spinning out of control in some sort of horrible spiral!! yay for us!
