Today's the kind of day where you want to snuggle under a nice blanket, next to a fire with a good book and just watch the world go by.....must resist....must keep moving....only a few more days that I will have two good legs. Keep moving.... ;-)

I feel ya on that one...winter is finally coming to MN this weekend! Best of luck on your upcoming surgery...I am sure it will go just fine, & managing the diet shouldn't be too hard either. Without all the exercise your appetite isn't likely to get out of control. Look at the bright side, while you're recuperating you can hang out with us all day!!! LOL :)
