1078 kcal Fat: 65.16g | Prot: 71.18g | Carb: 54.75g.   Breakfast: Tesco Chestnut Mushrooms,  Baby Spinach,  Tomatoes,  Egg,  Tea with Milk. Lunch: Asda Avocado, cherry tomato, Red Onions, extra virgin olive oil, cucumber, olives, kalmata, Feta Cheese. Dinner:  Sour Cream,  Raspberries , Tesco Finest Tenderstem Broccoli, Tesco Chicken Breast Fillets (130g), Tesco Cannellini Beans, Tesco Very Fine Whole Green Beans,  Courgette,  Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: Sainsbury's Watermelon Slices. more...
