Still no real weight loss ,but a huge victory today in that I went to a reunion with huge smorgasboard of very fattening foods, and I ate some cucumber slices; only 3 - 4 chips with small amt of dip; two glasses of wine; turkey breast and ham slices with no bread; and one piece of cake. Sounds like a lot but compared to what was there, it was extremely limited. Also, I ate that between 1:30 - 4:00, so in the evening at 8 pm, I had one slice of whole grain bread with light margarine and apricot preserves and diet iced tea. My calorie count was in the high 1700's. Not bad.
