Ten pounds down!! My lab coat fits much better and I can finally do the last button on it lol. I feel really good too and am looking forward to this week. 1/11 parts of the way to my goal!

Thanks! I am super excited. I was even able to use the pull down table at lecture - usually it wouldn't fit over my stomach. What a difference 10 pounds make
