Um...discouraged, to say the least. Had a big dinner last night (healthy, but still bigger than I'm used to) and some unplanned nighttime snacking...2+ up as a result. :0(

The extra weight is from the food and not fat. No one gains weight from fat overnight! Call it your Spike day... and get back on track.

Everyone slips up from time to time. Forgive yourself. It takes time to create new habits -- 21 days of doing the new habit, in fact, so give yourself a break. You *can* do this. :)
