The true test of will power came yesterday evening when I went to the coffee shop down the street to have some herbal tea. It was closing time and there were a good 10 of us there. Being the 'local' coffee place, the young guy behind the counter was feeling especially generous and gave us all a large cookie - which he was otherwise going to throw out.
I thought, if I have a quick nibble, nobody will know...but then I thought about it and realized the most important person will know - ME! I passed it over to the person beside me who was very thankful and told me he would give it to his girlfriend once he got home.
It was a win-win, I felt stronger than ever - an amazing feeling! And I was able to get that warm/fuzzy feeling from sharing :)
Only 2.5 more days of detox to go...yipeeee!!!
