I always get excited when trying a new program so it is not unusual that the Paleo lifestyle has got me revved up. Today my sinuses are acting up a bit . . . I was starting to think that Paleo may have knocked the mucus out of my system, but not so much. This "bout" if you want to call it that isn't even that bad . . . I just notice stuffiness in my right sinus. On top of the Paleo conversion I tried guided imagery meditation for the first time 2 days ago and have actually done it 5 times now. I would like to really work on meditation as stress is and issue with me and has been for several years. I confess to low self image and personal ego bashing (all done in the name of humility). No more . . . I neednt' sing my praises from the mountain top but I do need to explore my inner being and embrace the person (beautiful person) that I truly am. I also give praise to God for making me who I am and continuing to guide me through my life.
