This week has been a flop!! I have had so many things going on the last thing on my mind was what I was eating. I did try to keep the carbs to a minimum but im pretty sure I had more than I was supposed to a couple of days. On Tuesday my dog was shot and we had to have her put down then my baby girl who is a preemie is now sick with a cold and a double ear infection. Anyone who knows anything about preemies knows that even a small head cold can be fatal. So this week has just been so hectic and I just had to put me on the far far back burner but I am still trying to do this right.
