SariO's Journal, 11 November 2008

This detox is harder than I thought...not that I constantly had a chunk of meat in my mouth 24/7, but I am used to eating what my body calls for, in moderation. If I want half a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and light Miracle Whip and a pickle for lunch, that's what I want. I feel like I already have reasonable, balanced eating habits. Over the past year, I have not gained anything nor lost anything substantial. I have stayed the same--this is the problem. I have read a few journals here where members say they are doing well but have made little progress on the scale. Even if I lost inches first, I would be happy.

After trying and praying and working out and seeing no change over a month or two before, I am leary yet again of this Fat Smash plan. Maybe I'm just being cranky or beligerent. It's day 2 of detox...and I have already lost a little hope due to the past.

I'll just keep going and see what happens by the end of the detox.

Peace

A few years ago, I did the Fat Flush Plan with a 2-wk. detox/cleanse and although it was tough initially (my body wanted not part of the change), I felt great and lost both pounds and inches. My skin looked good too. Hang in there, after day 3 you'll be good to go!
