I did my two challenges for the day. I went outside and did 6 miles throughtout the day playing with my sun, cleaning the yard, and did not put myself down. I think I am getting better day by day.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
