while I made it to the gym 2 nights in a row last week (it's been a long time since I've done that!) I didn't track what I ate over the weekend when I was in Pittsburgh and I didn't try to eat healthy. Although, when I brought Crumbs for my friends, I only ate a little.
This week will be better! The gym is hard to get to this week, but my eating habits have been pretty good. Friday might not be a good night due to my wine wig and whatever housewarming, but maybe I can hit the gym beforehand.
