Today I found it hard to keep myself within the 1400 calorie daily plan. I keeping going over by a few points..I want to really apply myself..will continue to work on it and not give up. I am proud that I only ate one caramel cluster which was only 53.3 calorie. I must also add more exercise to my daily rountine, I went up a couple of ounces which is not good. Will not give up...Windu
