I feel like I am in this rut and can't seem to get past 170! I decided to do more like an atkins diet for the next couple weeks to see if I can get my body to lose something.
I know if could be worse and I could be gaining but I really want to reach my goal. I am so close and I don't want to give up!!!
I think that all the stress right now is not helping. Things at work of crazy and not knowing how long we can keep things going just isn't helping anyone. I need to use this time to up the exercise and help relieve some of the stress -
I will see what next week brings!
