Not denying myself anything I want...just watching how much of it I eat (portion control) & leaving the alcohol alone. Still lovin' Zumba...looking to make it 4 times a week. I found a Saturday class I really like....the only problem is that I have a standing hair appointment every other Saturday (can't miss those - smile)
