So let's see here. Reviewing yesterdays macros everything looks pretty good except fiber. Could replace the pita chips with something with fiber and that would help. It's also good to note that my grilled zucchini has almost no calories. We certainly have no shortage of zucchini to eat.
Almost no sugar which is good. Lot's of calories from fat mainly from the ribs, but fat is tasty and good for appetite control, so no problems there.
I also let myself get way too hungry before going home, so I need to eat more during the day.
