Well today marks the end of a stressful week. I didn't really feel deprived until today when my husband wanted "fried Chicken." I don't care I'm sticking to this no matter what he eats. We've done good all this week but I'm the one with the weight to lose. My treat for the week will be some lean beef on the grill instead of chicken. It's been rough but I know I can do this.
380.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 165.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i love that you have faith in yourself. It makes all the difference. I know you can do this, too! good way to give yourself a treat. Lean beef has tons of protein and iron :]

Hey, i'm so glad that you are doing well. I cant wait til Decmeber, when former BIG Girls unite. We can soooo go shopping. Keep up the good work.
