Got my walk up to 4 blocks...adding .5 block each week seems to be working. I am now walking about 100 minutes weekly but my Dr. recommends 150 minutes. Still losing 1 to 3 pounds a week. Total gone from my high weight is 55 pounds. I will just keep on keeping on.
