Anybody on here do intermittent fasting? Pros? Cons?

I do most days. I don't normally eat after about 2 or 3 in the afternoon. It is all about how many calories you take in and expend during the day, but for me, it helps me to just have a plan to stop eating... It keeps my snacking limited!
