I have kept to my diet/exercise regime very well even though I stopped recording for the past bit. I lost 12.5 pounds in the first month but have been stuck there for the past 10 days or so. I know plateaus happen but I hope the scale has a little more happy news for me next week when I weigh myself. Surprised with all this effort and half decent weight loss that my blood pressure really hasn't changed much.
