Weight was the same -- 133. My trainer and I think I am to the point where I will not lose many more pounds, since I'll be adding more and more muscle. All the more reason to have a body fat % goal on this site! Powers that be, hear me! :) I want to be able to track that.

Your body eventually reaches its natural balance, where the healthy muscle mass replaces fat, and you really shouldn't lose much more or you'll just have to reduce muscle.

Yep, I think I am there. I'm fine with how much I weigh ... just want the size to keep decreasing! :) Just posted the measurements. :) :) :)
