Trying to help a friend of mine, if you look at my friend's list his name on here is KittyParx. He's currently rather underweight (BMI of 17.5) and, seriously, his ribs are showing. He also normally has a rather active lifestyle, walking everyplace, physically tasking job, etc and he hardly eats. I'm going to be forcing him to get food in him while he's visiting for two weeks but a little encouragement never hurts.

Be cool if a few of ya'll could go say hi and maybe offer a bit of support, he needs it a lot more than I do right now.
