One of those difficult days to be on a very low calorie diet. I have cravings. I thought, "I'll just go get a hot dog, who'll know?" Then I thought, "I'll know." I really wanted a hot dog. But, who am I really cheating here? Who does it really hurt? Which do I REALLY want more: a hot dog? or to be much thinner? Thinner won. I passed up all the fast food places on my way home, and do I feel smug, self-righteous and superior. Yep. Sure do. My apple tasted just about perfect, and added no guilt to my life.
