Had a GREAT workout last night. Ran a total of a full mile. Total was 2.5 miles in 36 min. 3 laps of which was at a 7% incline @ 3.7mph. I'm so excited that I was able to run a lap an a half at a stretch. I started with onlt 1/2 lap and have been slowly pushing for more. An hour after my workout, I actually felt like working out again! I haven't felt that since I was 18! I feel so much stronger than I have in YEARS.

Awesome, I am following the C25K program and cant wait till I can un a mile again. You should be very proud of yourself. I have signed up for a Turkey day 5K to keep me motivated and active over the Holiday.
