JJ Virgins diet helped my allergies, and I initially lost a few pounds, but I found it difficult to stick with in the long run, especially living without cheese and eggs. The gluten, soy, corn and artificial sweeteners and sugar were easy to live without but not the dairy and eggs. I also know I can drop the weight quickly with Atkins and I am going on a cruise in December, so I need to jump start my weight loss yet again.
