Well I feel better now that I have been doing low carb all week and I do have more energy. But when I get on the scale all it says is ERR which means im still too fat to get on it and it read a number. Right now my goal is just for it to be able to read me my weight and by the way its goes to 400 so that's my goal now trying to weigh on my scale at home.
