Had a great workout today--an hour doing exercises with a six pound ball. Next time, it will be the eight pounder. I'm feeling a lot stronger. I've been awful about putting in my food, but I've been spending time on my hobbies. I spend too much time in front of a computer! All day and now at home to diet. Sigh. But I am staying on track and eating within the pattern I've set for weight loss.
