Antsy since last night. Not sure what to attribute it too. Stress level is high. Feel somewhat emotional. Exhausted mentally and emotionally I think. Worry about husband increased job stress affecting him and us. I think Human resources in his job should insist he takes time off. He wants too, has the paid time but have no time to take it. He is overwhelmed by work loads and lack of qualified personnel. This place should care more about their employees. This is not normal. All summer he had to bring work home or go into work on weekends. Life is too hard at times. Don't think we were meant to be in overdrive as such. No wonder our cortisol levels rise up in this country...
Going back to bed for awhile :(
