I need to start eating healthier... regular and balanced meals! Get out of this funk I am in... No more cheese, simple carbs, sugar or yeast. At least I have been keeping up with my exercise. I have been going for long walks when I am not feeling like exercising at the gym. The weather has been cold but the sun is out and helps with the sadness I have been feeling.

Here's your kick in the pants! You sound like me a copuple weeks ago. I wrote the same thing almost. I'm doing a little better. Could really polish my eating habits. Best thing is I decided to make the 30 minutes for me exercise everyday no matter how the day is going or what's happening. Let's get going! We both know how great it is to feel good! Why hold ourselves back. No one is cramming that junk down our throats. TOWANDA!

OUCH!! okay... okay... it's Monday morning a new day and logging into FS. My grandpa's funeral is this morning but I am feeling much better today. I was able to work with my sisters on a project these last few days to help my dad do something special for the funeral. It really wasn't much but it made us all feel closer during this time.
