Two weeks in on LCRF and fractionally less on low protein too, but it's really working!! 9lbs dropped! My Saturday weigh in on here was 7lbs, but that was only 12 days of LCRF. Two days later and another 2lbs difference. I know weighing in isn't necessarily the best way to monitor progress but it's a great motivator. Will re-check my body fat % after a month is up. Happy dancing again!! Yay!!!
