Had a pretty good day today. Did 45 minutes of cardio followed by strething and have been reasonable in terms of eating.

Yesterday, we purchased a cupcake each on sale at Whole Foods. I couldn't eat the whole thing! It was too rich! This is very unusual behavior for me from an historical perspective. Does this mean I am truly changing my habbits?

Fat Attack challenge starts tomorrow! That is thirty days of tracking and regular exercise. I am psyched to get started and really attack that fat!

Hi Rose! Glad to hear about the dounut and I think, yes your habits are changing. I'm the same way. I don't enjoy chocolate as much as I use too. It really doesn't do it for me anymore. I was almost going to stop entering my food and excerise but then I realise this is the same thing i do over and over again and then I gain weight and stop excerising so I need to keep it up. Took it easy this weekend because I was feeling run down, but I still walked for 2.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday I took a 50 minute bike ride - and I ate good too. x
