Extremely disappointed that I did not lose at least 5 pounds. No inches either, by the way. At least I am past the 2 shakes a day. Don't think it is going to get easier, as I am a practicing vegetarian and drinking pea protein powder for the duration is going to get real old...I already am beginning to dread it. I keep going back to the book for help and can never see to find what I need. I think I am going to make food cards like Richard Simmons Dial a Meal so I know what to eat on my plate.
