Monday I begin my Crossfit Nutrition Challenge. I hope to lose 15 pounds by the end of this journey. I will begin the Paleo Diet and I will not stop until the end. Seeing as how this is football season it may be a challenge but, I am willing to take on that challenge. I will be 15 pounds lighter by the end of this journey.
