2 months and I haven't lost anything... At least I haven't gained :-). I got done with the rental and wasn't away from food and doing something physical all day anymore. Also we went to Utah and I saw Annette and she has lost 80 pounds and everybody was raving about that and I just got discouraged.. Now I've wasted 2 months. Could be another 20 pounds lighter. Then yesterday I go to the doctor and he asks if I've gained or lost since March... He's even got my real weight in his records... It's hard when you're trying so hard and no one notices... Have to remember this is for me because it makes me feel better (I noticed a difference with 5 pounds) not for anyone else...
247.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
