I just weighed myself for the first time in a week. I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is to me because I am a bit obsessed with weighing myself everyday so it was pretty hard to stay away from the scale. I am very disappointed in myself🙁. I thought I tried hard enough but obviously not. I am a bit discouraged but I will try again this week.
