Didn't think i'd get my workout in today. My youngest had us up from 3-4:30 am. So i missed my 5 am workout time. Good thing they were both exhausted by nap time, i went straight downstairs before i felt myself drifting to sleep. Day 5 complete ...pure cardio is nuts 325 cal burned.
