Past 4 days have been gluten-free... my mother suggested strongly that I should try it for a few weeks, though I’ve heard it should be done longer than that. But so far, little weight change, and no improvements in terms of physical or mental condition, but I reckon it’s too soon to tell. Will try to keep at it as long as possible to see if it does me any good.
