No time like the present to start a diet. I am heavier than I have been in a long time and I don't like it. Nothing in my closet fits. It's Halloween and I have a load of candy sitting in my refrigerator. If the trick or treaters don't eat it I am taking it to work and let everyone else eat it. Right now I am going shopping and stocking up on healthy foods that I can enjoy.
