Here I am again. Same issues, same weight. I am extremely tired and not motivated to work out. I am restricting my calories, which explains the fatigue. I hope to get my eating in order. I know how to eat healthy I just EAT TOO MUCH! Too much snacks and additives to meals. I have to eat less that 1,000 calories to lose 2 lbs a week. I want to work out, I do, I love to, but I just ache all over right now. WE will see.
