Ok so yesterday was day one of this new regime for me and I have to say it was tough. me still having hormonal cravings from hell and being so busy made me tired and I didn't go walking yesterday as I had planned. I have noticed that I am a late night snacker. I have a serious problem with eating late at night or munching on whatever I find and going straight to bed. Which I know is bad but I got in that habit being pregnant and its hard to break. I have really got to buckle down and try and give a crap for my baby girl. She deserves a mommy who can do things with her and I want so badly to be able to do those things.
