yesterday I had a takeaway.
regret it deeply. going to limit my calories extra today and work out as much as possible. here's hoping I lose the pounds I gained 😥
139.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Totally fine to treat yourself don't be guilty. You might go up in weight a bit after but it's just water retention from that salty goodness you were craving 😊 it goes back down again in a few days, no one meal ruins a weight loss regime.
